How I think

  1. 1

    Make it useful.

    Software should solve a real problem before it tries to impress.

  2. 2

    Make it honest.

    Show what the system actually knows — PARADA counts zones, not slots, and says so.

  3. 3

    Make it deliberate.

    Every interaction, transition and piece of architecture should have a reason.
